Running

I am a runner & have been for the past 12 years. I was fortunate enough to get a scholarship & run Division I College for both University of Utah & later Georgia State University.


I love to train to race & race fast. But running is much more than that to me. I run for everything. I run when I’m happy & sad. I run to processĀ & feel. I run to make friends & keep friends. I run to compete & achieve goals. I run to break through both mental & physical boundaries. I just run.

And I like to document it.

My PRs are the following:

  • Marathon: 3:07.56 at Boston Marathon 2015
  • Half Marathon: 1:21.30 at Timpanogas Half 2011
  • 10k: 37:07*
  • 5k: 17:45
  • 2 Mile: 11:01*
  • Mile: 5:08*
