So if you are a flotrack nerd like me, you’ll know what Workout Wednesdays are. Short videos highlighting workouts and the triumphs & heartaches that is running & training for races. Since I’m on a quest to break 3 hours in the marathon, I thought it’d be fun to do ‘Workout Wednesday’ videos 🙂 Hope they are at least somewhat entertaining and maybe make you want to get out there and run yourself!
This workout was the following:
Warm-up for 7 miles (little excessive, but it was my long run day)
8x 1 min on/2 mins off. 1 min on were at about 6:00 – 6:15 pace. 2 min off were around 8:15 pace.
Cool down 2 miles
12 miles total.
Workout Wednesday - 8 x 1 min on/ 2 min off
